MONDAYS
The Run Club
Every Monday the Run Club meets at 7am for an energetic training session with our professional coach Damien. Your coach will teach you a specialised running technique and offer mindset advice to help you improve your performance. It's a great way to start your week - plus you get the added bonus of 20% off at Cafe Alma for all runners.
TUESDAYS
Movement & Meditation
Every Tuesday over your lunch break, take time out for yourself and escape the office. Meet in the centre of the Chinese Garden of Friendship and enjoy a gentle movement and meditation practice with our beautiful teacher Carol. Classes are free with your Garden entry, which is $12.

School (Holiday) Disco
We're kicking off the autumn school holidays in style! In 2026 with the ultimate School (Holiday) Disco! A FREE party for everybody. From K-Pop dance classes to a parents' dance competition and a tumble zone featuring hula hoops, elastics games, cartwheels and more! We've even arranged for the Easter Bunny to hop by!

Frame the Garden
Let your child explore the Chinsee Garden of Friendship like a mini artist, finding inspiration in twisty bridges, colourful pavilions, rustling bamboo tunnels and sparkly koi ponds. After their adventure, they can sketch their favourite view or tiny detail from around the Garden and receive a special decorative frame for their artwork (designed in the style of traditional moon gates and window patterns), to take home as a keepsake.

Got a mini yogi? Kids Yoga at Darling Quarter offers free 30-minute sessions with a skilled instructor that blend Zen with playfulness, offering a delightful way for children aged 2 to 5 (and primary-aged kids during school holidays) to find their inner peace. It’s a bendy, stretchy adventure with mats provided and no equipment needed.
