Read the reviews and ask the locals because it’s official. Alma serves some of Sydney’s best coffee and does a phenomenal Aussie breakfast.

Alma by Chambers is a relaxed breakfast restaurant in Sydney, serving a generous menu of Aussie brunch and lunch classics alongside one of Sydney’s best cups of coffee. Chambers Fine Coffee takes care of the beans, sourcing only the best to serve a better cuppa.

Introducing Alma: Sydney’s best breakfast

You’ll find Alma in a cosy, modern space in Darling Quarter, with a serious coffee machine out front and warm timber walls out back. The cafe was designed to tread lightly on the environment, with more than 90% of furniture made from recycled materials.

The food is simple Aussie breakfast fare executed perfectly and spiced up with an intriguing Middle Eastern twist. Takeaway coffee is available but trust us - you’ll want to stay a while to appreciate Alma’s delicious food.

Alma: Sydney breakfast menu highlights

The reviews are in - Alma serves some of Sydney’s best coffee. They’re also getting rave reviews for their brunch and lunch menus, including a take on eggs benedict with an addictive spicy hollandaise sauce. Another highlight is the crispy chicken burger, loaded with pickles, spicy mayo, fresh tomatoes and onions. Pancakes and waffles are another must-try for sweet tooths and little ones.
