When the kids are in tow, treat them to one of Australia’s most epic playgrounds - one of the best things to do with kids in Sydney. It’s got a 21 metre flying fox, water games and a climbing rope set over a huge area all designed for maximum fun. There are also two permanent free-to-use ping pong tables in the centre of Darling Harbour, ideal for active office lunch breaks and tournaments with the kids.
At night, Darling Quarter lights up thanks to Luminous, the largest interactive LED light display in the world. With 557 lights set across the facade of the building overlooking Darling Quarter, you can sit back and watch or on Friday and Saturday pop down to the village green and control the entire display via two interactive consoles.
