Start with Champagne before moving through BTWN’s pods. First stop, the Cold/Raw Pod, where the best of Australian seafood is shucked, sliced, and served fresh in an immersive spread.

Take your seat for iconic mains of steak and turkey, paired with seasonal sides.  Then wrap things up at the Dessert Pod with a finale that flips tradition on its head.
