Sydney Premiere of Hello, Insanity!

Experience the Sydney premiere of Hello, Insanity!, a modern Chinese play by Xiaozhi Rao at Darling Quarter Theatre. Presented by Mu Guang Theatre, a non-profit Chinese-language theatre group dedicated to promoting the development of Chinese theatre locally, the production will be performed in Sydney for the first time.

Seven strangers from completely different walks of life wake up trapped inside a mysterious, confined space with no memory of how they arrived. As panic sets in, they quickly realise that survival depends on trust and cooperation.

Performed in Mandarin with English subtitles projected during the show, Hello, Insanity! explores how people respond when faced with uncertainty and forced to rely on one another.
