Mother’s Day at BTWN: Lunch & Floral Masterclass with Poppy Galloway
This Mother’s Day, you’re invited to a long lunch built around food, florals and fragrance, with Poppy Galloway bringing her signature sculptural style to BTWN.
Create your own dessert-inspired bouquet with Poppy, styling florals in sculptural vessels with fruit-led details that blur the line between table and arrangement. From there, it’s straight into lunch with a set menu designed for sharing, finished with a dessert moment by internationally acclaimed dessert artist, Janice Wong. The full 90-minute experience, including a set menu, is available for $145 per person.
If you’re joining for lunch only, the $99 set menu has you covered, with snacks to share, seasonal mains to choose from and a Janice Wong dessert to close.
If you’re in the mood to take it further, add a Bottle of Whispering Angel for $80 (RRP $125) or Veuve Clicquot package for $120 (RRP $190).
