For a limited time, globally renowned pastry chef and artist Janice Wong brings Bioluminescent Dreams to W Sydney, transforming the hotel into a glow-lit dessert destination.

Discover a bioluminescent edible installation designed to pull you closer to Janice Wong’s dessert world. Created for Vivid Sydney, the Bioluminescent Glow Wall lands at 2am:dessertbar by Janice Wong on Level Three. Come for the Glow Wall then stay for Janice Wong’s à la carte dessert menu.
