- King George whiting grilled served with black barley salad, asparagus, fresh pea tendrils, dill lemon white wine butter
- Caramelised spiced pork belly, served with Chinese broccolini and smoked paprika oil
- Baked pumpkin with cumin, smoked paprika served with chickpea, sun dried tomatoes, zucchini sauté
