Savour a Mediterranean‑style selection featuring tapas like marinated olives, focaccia, crispy squid, and fresh salmon crudo. Mains include grilled spatchcock or king prawn and chorizo skewers, paired with sides like char‑grilled broccolini and Patatas Mozárabes. Finish with a rich chocolate mousse with dulce de leche and hazelnuts.
