Winter School Holidays at the Maritime Musuem

- Get hands-on with creative artmaking and experiments in the Kids on Deck maker space
- Take part in a collaborative large-scale brick build: Mysteries of Midgard Mosaic Mural
- Explore touchable objects and fascinating specimens in the Cabinet of Curiosities
- Climb aboard the museum’s fleet of vessels
- Relax with a sketching activity and enjoy a calming screening of deep-sea ROV footage in the theatre
- Set out on the Museum Treasures activity trail
- Unwind with books and create woven fish or floral artworks inspired by Brian Robinson in the Bamal Gallery Book Nook

Free Open Day – Celebrate NAIDOC
Join in cultural activities for all ages as the Museum celebrates ‘50 Years of Deadly’ this NAIDOC week at the Museum with lively performances, artmaking activities, guided tours and workshops.
