Established on 24 November 2014 and officially registered with the Australian Government, Huaxing Arts Group Australia is a non‑profit organisation dedicated to promoting performing arts by artists of Chinese background.
The organisation encompasses 48 subsidiary arts groups, including:

- Chinese orchestras
- Beijing Opera troupes
- Music bands
- Dance schools
- Choirs
