Go Dry in July with Lyres and Sofitel Darling Harbour

For the month of July, Champagne Bar Sydney and Esprit Noir Lobby Bar in Sofitel Darling Harbour will be offering a range of five new non-alcoholic cocktails in partnership with Lyres. Guests will be encouraged to donate to the Dry July Foundation through a QR code in venue. The Dry July Foundation raises crucial funds for Australian cancer beneficiaries to support their causes that assist people affected by cancer. 

Dry July Specials 

Blackberry Smash
A vibrant and refreshing mocktail that blends the tropical notes of Lyre’s White Cane Spirit with juicy blackberries, fresh lime, and a hint of sweet syrup. Bright, fruity, and perfectly balanced, it’s a deliciously crisp drink ideal for any occasion.

Hot Apple Crisp
A comforting blend of spiced apple juice, smooth Lyre’s American Malt, and hints of cinnamon and vanilla syrup. Gently sweet and perfectly warming — a non-alcoholic treat that’s made for crisp evenings.

Orange Bloom
Bright and elegant, this spritz combines Lyre’s Dry London Spirit with lime, orange cordial, and a splash of French Bloom Blanc. A refreshing, alcohol-free twist with citrusy charm and a delicate sparkle.

Amaretto Sour
A zero-proof take on the timeless classic. Lyre’s Amaretti blends with fresh lemon, silky egg white, and a dash of bitters for a perfect balance of sweet, sour, and smooth — all the character, none of the alcohol.

Old Fashioned
A sophisticated zero-proof twist on a true classic. Lyre’s Traditional Reserve stirred with rosemary & honey syrup and orange bitters, offers rich, warm notes with an aromatic finish.
