You’ll also enjoy slow-roasted turkey with all the traditional sides, glazed ham, and a dessert buffet filled with classic Christmas favourites.

Pair your meal with your choice of drinks from their à la carte menu or elevate the evening with a 2-hour premium beverage package including sparkling, wine, beer and soft drinks for an additional $54 per person.

Christmas Breakfast
Begin Christmas Day with a joyful breakfast shared with loved ones at Sailmaker. Gather around a generous buffet featuring hot and cold stations, freshly baked pastries, a live egg station, and festive highlights like Christmas ham.

Juices and filter coffee are available on the buffet, with barista coffee included. Raise a glass at their mimosa stations and savour the start of a day full of celebration.

Christmas Lunch 
Celebrate Christmas with delicious food and festive cheer at Sailmaker. Enjoy a festive two-hour beer and wine package alongside their seafood table featuring Queensland prawns, Sydney rock oysters, and more. Savour slow-roasted turkey, pineapple-glazed ham, slow-cooked beef, seafood paella, and hand-rolled sushi.

Kids will also get to meet Santa with gifts and photos.
