Celebrity chef Brendan Pang joins Novotel Sydney Darling Square's Director of Culinary, Praveen Rodrigo, for an exclusive four-course dinner paired with premium wines from Petersons Wines.

Part of the Good Food & Wine Show Signature Chef Series, this special event combines exceptional food, expertly matched wines and the opportunity to hear directly from the chefs behind the menu.

A Chef-Led Menu with Perfectly Paired Wines

Begin the evening with canapés and a welcome reception before settling in for a four-course menu showcasing Brendan Pang's signature flavours alongside expertly matched wines from Petersons Wines.

The experience concludes with an interactive Q&A, offering guests the chance to hear directly from the chefs and winemakers behind the menu.

On the Menu

Guests will enjoy a selection of reception canapés including grilled watermelon nigiri, pork floss banh mi, Massaman beef puffs and truffled mushroom arancini, paired with Petersons Wines NV Sparkling Cuvée.

The four-course dining experience features:

• Entrée: Red Curry Chicken Wontons in Coconut Broth by Brendan Pang
• Main: Coconut Mauritian Prawn Curry with Roti by Brendan Pang
• Dessert: Mango & Coconut Panna Cotta with Spiced Pineapple Compote

Each course is paired with a selection of premium wines from Petersons Wines and Savannah Estate, carefully matched to complement the menu.

Tea and coffee will be served to conclude the evening.
