Pumphouse Sydney's 135th Birthday

One of Darling Harbour’s historic landmarks is hitting a big birthday. Pumphouse Sydney turns 135, and you’re invited to raise a glass and celebrate with an afternoon of heritage, canapés, cake and a $22 Margarita.

Join the Pumphouse Sydney on Friday, 28 August from 12pm for a special celebration marking 135 years of the Pumphouse.

Celebrate 135 years of Pumphouse Sydney

The milestone celebration will bring the Pumphouse’s history to life with a heritage plaque unveiling, followed by cake cutting, canapés and refreshments.

Expect a selection of bite-sized favourites, including:

• Aussie beef pie with onion jam and micro greens
• Mac and cheese croquette with smoky BBQ sauce (V)
• Salmon rillette tart with black caviar (A, GF)
• Caprese salad crostini (V)

There’ll also be house wines, tap beer, soft drinks and juices to enjoy while you take in the occasion.

To mark 135 years, Pumphouse Sydney is serving up The 135 Margarita for $22, available from 24–28 August.
