To help you kick start your day, SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium has teamed up with BodyMindLife studio to help submerge you in serenity while finding your inner-warrior pose under the sea this June! These hour-long yoga classes give you the chance to take some time out to create a sense of mental clarity ahead either of the working day, or to help you wind down after one.
