Tall Ships & Small Ships

Join a tour told from the cook’s perspective by an experienced actor. This unique storytelling experience visits three small ships and two tall ships and will delight audiences who appreciate Australia's maritime history.

Find out why that woman behind “Katheen Gillett“ missed out of her dream! Why Duyfken’s making landfall in the Far North was both a discovery and tragedy and who was Pancake Andy and his secret mission on the Krait!

Please meet at the Storybox between the museum building and the waterfront, 5 minutes before the tour starts.

Booking essential.

This is an outdoor tour with limited shade or cover. Please check the weather on the day of your tour and dress appropriately. Hats, flat shoes and umbrellas if wet.

This tour does not give guests access to any Museum vessels once the tour is over.
