Welcome 2026 in true Sydney style with a set entrée followed by an elegant Japanese sushi station and a plentiful tapas table featuring poached prawns, oysters, antipasti, salads and charcuterie. Then explore a world of flavours at the Asian chef station, Italian manned buffet, and carving station before finishing the night at the dessert table or cheese counter.
