Sarah is a renowned athlete and coach, specializing in Tai Chi and Wushu. Born in Malaysia, she proudly represented her country in national and international competitions. Her accomplishments speak for themselves, as she has achieved numerous accolades throughout her career. Notably, she was honored with the highest Wushu champion award by the governor of Penang, Malaysia. In addition, Sarah secured two gold medals at the Asia Pacific Master Games in 2018 and went on to win four gold, two silver, and one bronze medal in a global competition held in Beijing, China. As a member of the Chin Woo Athletic Association, Sarah is adept in both empty-handed techniques and weapons.

Sarah's journey in martial arts began in adulthood when she stumbled upon a group of older individuals practicing in the park. Inspired by their good health and vitality, she embarked on her own training. Sarah quickly became a devoted martial artist, transforming her passion into a way of life. She embarked on travels to further expand her knowledge and expertise, undergoing training in various aspects, including bare-handed techniques, weapons, meditation, and yoga.

Currently residing in Sydney, Australia, Sarah wholeheartedly shares her vast knowledge and experience with her students. Her classes are known for being fun and engaging. Sarah prioritizes personal development and wellbeing, fostering an environment that supports the growth of her students. Sarah's dedication, expertise, and engaging approach make her an exceptional coach and mentor in the world of martial arts.
