G&Tea at Hyatt Regency Sydney brings an Australian, botanical twist to the ever popular, High Tea.
Take your tastebuds on a journey with a smorgasbord of sweet and savoury delicacies, botanical gin & tonics and a selection of artisan loose leaf teas from The Rabbit Hole.
From delicious warm scones matched with Australian flavours, to savoury delights like cured salmon, burrata, pork bun and prawn twisties and to our theatrical showstopper; the Botanical Dessert Table with over eight creative treats to feast on - this is not your average high tea.
Raise a glass, as we start a patriotic rivalry of the gins. Choose which is your favourite G&T between the Australian Poor Toms Gin (Sydney Dry or Strawberry) and UK’s London Dry Gin (Opihr Oriental Spice or Bloom London Dry Gin), all perfectly paired with Fever-Tree Tonic. Non-alcoholic gin options are also available.
