How can I get my tickets?
Tickets are available to purchase online or onsite at the Darling Harbour Ice Rink box office.

How many people can go down the slide at a time?
Only 1 rider can go down on each tyre.

Is there an age restriction to ride?
The Ice Slide is suitable for ages 2 years old and up.

What clothing is suitable to wear?
Preferably long pants or tights, anything casual and easy to move around in. Enclosed shoes on the ice slide are essential. The ice is cold and sometimes a bit rough, so gloves are also recommended.

Can I go down the slide if I am pregnant and/or have a medical condition?
The slide can be fast and bumpy so if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions, it is not recommended to ride.

Is there protective equipment?
Helmets are available to use on site.

What are the prices?
$15 for 3 slides (multiple people can split the 3 slide buy special).

Can I use Parents NSW vouchers when purchasing tickets?
Parents NSW vouchers can be redeemed for the Arctic Blast Ice Slide when purchasing tickets at the Darling Harbour Ice Skating Rink box office only.

Are there lockers available to store my things while I ride?
Yes, lockers will be available from 4pm, 2 July until 9pm Sunday 17 July.
