Application for venue licence

Once you've submitted an initial enquiry, use this form to complete your venue licence application.

Events and activations must be safe, engaging and beneficial for the community. They must align with the Outdoor Events Policy  and Outdoor Events Manual. Both policies must be read before you submit your application.

The application process forms the initial review stage to determine availability of locations and suitability of the activity within the public precinct. Until written confirmation is provided by Place Management NSW, your booking remains provisional and must not be promoted externally.

Place Management NSW takes no responsibility for any third-party commitments entered into by the applicant if an application is declined.

Any applications received less than 8 weeks before the scheduled event date may be declined due to insufficient lead time required for assessment and approval. 

Applications must be submitted in the name of the Event Organiser, who will be the responsible party (“Licensee”) under the Licence Agreement and the party invoiced for all associated fees and charges.
