This month’s signature croissant is a showstopper: crisp, flaky layers of traditional French pastry filled with silky mascarpone cream, delicately infused with Vittoria espresso and a hint of Limoncello jelly. Finished with a swirl of chocolate couverture, Namelaka coffee cream, and a dusting of powdered sugar, it’s indulgence in every bite—elegant, rich, and unmistakably French.
