Begin your celebration with a vibrant selection of starters symbolising prosperity and abundance:
  • Prosperity Beijing-Style Wombok Salad with creamy Chinese sesame dressing.
  • Crispy Vegetable Spring Rolls served with nuoc cham.
  • Pan-Fried Traditional Pork & Chive Dumplings with ponzu-soy dipping sauce.


Main Platter with Scallion Pancakes
