A Fratelli Easter Feast

From Friday 3 - Monday 6 April, Fratelli Fresh will be serving a generous Easter Lamb Roast, designed for sharing and best enjoyed around the table together.

Thier 1.4kg pasture-raised, free-range “Union Station” lamb shoulder is slow-cooked for 12 hours with rosemary, thyme, garlic and lemon, then finished in the oven until perfectly tender. Served with mint salsa verde and lamb jus, it’s the kind of dish that brings everyone back to the table.

Complete your table with a selection of seasonal sides, $14 each, from Dutch carrots to crispy golden roasted potatoes. There’s plenty ore to discover across the menu, all crafted with quality produce and bold Italian flavour.

On Easter Sunday, Fratelli Fresh Darling Harbour, will host a special Easter Egg Hunt at 2pm. Little ones can set off on a chocolate-filled adventure in search of hidden treats, while the grown-ups settle in for a long, leisurely lunch.
