The boys and girls at IIKO Mazesoba serve a new type of brothless ramen which may just be even tastier than the original.

IIKO Mazesoba serves a new kind of ramen. There’s no broth here. Instead, you’ll get thick soba noodles served with delicious toppings and a savoury chilli vinegar sauce. The idea is that you mix all the toppings in while the noodles are still hot so that they’re covered in a thick, flavourful sauce.
