Under the watchful eye of Executive Chef Sam Moore - Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour’s signature restaurant, Atelier by Sofitel, has released its new Spring menu utilising the fresh tastes and produce of the season.

 Winner of two AGFG Chef Hats in 2023, Atelier by Sofitel offers a modern twist on classic French cuisine. This Spring guests can indulge in entrées including Quail Roulade with Muntari berries, braised red cabbage, aged balsamic or Salt Baked Celeriac with charred leek velute, hazelnut, lemon thyme

For mains, the team presents exquisite dishes including Dry-aged Duck Breast with confit fennel, radicchio jam, citrus duck jus; or Musset Farm oyster mushroom cassoulet with cannellini beans, porcini, and thyme

And from the kitchen of Executive Pastry Chef Ian Burch, an array of amazing desserts including 

Roasted apple mille-feuille with vanilla cream, roasted apple verrine, caramelised puff pastry or a stunning Aerated yogurt & mint cream with citrus textures, almond.
