IIKO Mazesoba have created four Moon Festival menu items: Tsukimi Mazesoba (house made noodles, egg yolk, tororo, shallots, nori and wasabi), mochi taiyaki (red bean filled fish shaped glutinous rice snack), milk pudding with peach puree and a snowskin bunny mooncake.
