As the evening unfolds, BTWN’s Bean 2 Bar pod is delicately transformed into 2am: dessertbar by Janice Wong, sharing a refined dessert experience. Driven by the pursuit of ‘the perfection in imperfection’, Janice tests the boundaries of traditional dessert, chocolate, and pastry-making with her first foray in Australia. Inspired by local produce and native ingredients, 2am: dessertbar presents a specially curated and experiential dessert affair in the heart of Darling Harbour.
