Call for Choirs: Perform at the Darling Harbour Christmas Festival

We're excited to invite your school choir to participate in the Darling Harbour Christmas Festival carols concert at Tumbalong Park this December!

About the Festival

Back by popular demand, the Christmas Festival is returning as the epicentre of Sydney's most exciting holiday celebrations. This is a free, live, interactive concert featuring major acts and ensuring a massive audience for your students. The star-studded lineup includes live music from Lenny Pearce (Toddler Techno), the talented Christina and Zipporah Anu, and Sydney Harmony. The entire festive evening will be emceed by TikTok sensation Jayden Rodrigues and will feature roving entertainers, joyous sing-alongs, and the highly anticipated arrival of Santa!

How to Apply

This is an incredible opportunity for your choir to perform on a major stage and showcase their talents to thousands of festive attendees.

To be considered for a performance slot at the Christmas Festival, please submit a short video of your choir:

Submission Requirement: Email a short 1-2 minute video of your choir performing.
Submission Email: programming@property.nsw.gov.au
All entries must be received by Friday 28 November 2025 (5pm)
All submissions will be reviewed by a dedicated Programming Panel. This panel will assess the quality, energy, and suitability of the performance for the main stage lineup.
We will be in touch with successful applicants shortly after the deadline to confirm performance times and discuss all logistical requirements.
