Yes, the Darling Harbour ice rink at Darling Harbour is fully wheelchair accessible. It features step-free entry and a continuous accessible path of travel to all areas of the event. People using wheelchairs are welcome to enjoy the ice rink itself.

There is no age restriction, however we recommend ages 5 and under have a parent or guardian with them.
For small children who have a shoe size between 8 and 12, we have double bladed skates that strap over enclosed shoes (joggers). We also have these sizes in single bladed skates for when their confidence has grown.

Unseasonably warm days can cause water to appear on the surface of the ice. This is just surface water though and under it is a skate-able sheet of ice. Sessions at 10am or after 6pm tend to have a frostier surface.
Ice Skating is still safe in wet weather and in such cases we recommend appropriate wet weather gear. We can also offer to reschedule your ticket. In extreme weather conditions, as classified by the bureau of meteorology, we may need to temporarily not operate. In these cases we will be able to reschedule your ticket/s or if not possible then process a refund. All such enquiries should be directed by email only to ticketing@starsonice.com.au.
