How can I get my tickets?
Tickets are available to purchase onsite only.

How many people can go down the slide at a time?
Only 1 rider can go down on each tyre.

Is there an age restriction to ride?
The Ice Slide is suitable for ages 2 years old and up.

What clothing is suitable to wear?
Preferably long pants or tights, anything casual and easy to move around in. Enclosed shoes on the ice slide are essential. The ice is cold and sometimes a bit rough, so gloves are also recommended.

Can I go down the slide if I am pregnant and/or have a medical condition?
The slide can be fast and bumpy so if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions, it is not recommended to ride.

Is there protective equipment?
Helmets are available to use on site.

What are the prices?
$4 for one slide or $10 for 3 slides. (Multiple people can split the 3 slide buy special).

Can I use Dine & Discover vouchers when purchasing tickets?
Dine & Discover vouchers can be redeemed for the Arctic Blast Ice Slide when purchasing tickets at the Darling Harbour Ice Skating Rink Box Office only.

Are there lockers available to store my things while I ride?
Yes, lockers will be available from 4pm, 18 June until 9pm Sunday 11 July.
