- The availability of tours will be assessed on a daily basis and be limited to a maximum of 5 visitors. They may run at a reduced frequency while COVID-19 restrictions are in place.

Chinese Garden Discovery Tour

The perfect way to begin your exploration of the Chinese Garden. Be introduced to the history, landscape and cultural heritage of the garden on a guided tour with one of our Interpretation Officers.
Plants in a Living Landscape Tour
11.45am daily
Duration: 45 mins
Every plant tells a unique story. Changing every season, this tour takes a look at how and why particular seasonal plants and trees have been planted to create this spectacular garden.
Rocks in a Living Landscape Tour
2.30pm daily
Duration: 35 mins
Rocks are an essential ingredient in the fabric of a Chinese Garden. Take this tour to discover the Chinese symbols, stories and legends of the Garden's rocks with a surprising Australian connection.
Places are limited, please enquire at the front desk on arrival.
