The platter is Executive Chef Peter Robertson’s ode to the last warm days of autumn before the winter chill sets in, incorporating a selection of the best seasonal shellfish and sashimi available to Sydneysiders.

A spin-off of the dining venue’s ever-popular seafood platter, it’s a perfect way to start a meal with friends before a theatre show or as a light meal at the bar with a glass (or two) of champagne from their curated selection.
