Founded by the owners behind popular KOGI Korean BBQ on nearby Hay St, Toyosu Suisan serves classic sashimi and nigiri along with an extensive menu of yakimono skewers, makimono sushi rolls, agemono and more. The restaurant’s name is inspired by the beautiful man-made island, ‘Toyosu,’ in Tokyo, which is home to the famous Toyosu Fish Market.
