Build your own poke by choosing your rice, protein, vegetables, dressing and garnish, then topping it off with a little crunchy goodness. If you’re not feeling creative, trust the chefs and pick from one of the delicious pre-made bowls on the menu (hint: the miso salmon is phenomenal).
