Weddings and Functions

Sheltered pavilions, graceful bridges and enchanting landscapes provide an elegant setting that will enhance your celebrations and create everlasting memories for you and your guests.

Pavilions are available for daytime wedding ceremonies for up to 120 guests.

For evening functions, the lower levels of the Chinese Garden are available exclusively from 5.30 pm to midnight. At evening functions catering can be provided by your preferred supplier (gold licensed caterers only) or from our list of caterers familiar with the garden.

For daytime functions, the Blue Room is available for hire from 9.30am to 5pm and is ideal for meetings of a small conference of up to 50 people.

The Chinese Garden of Friendship is located in the heart of the city, just minutes from downtown Sydney and Darling Harbour, making it easy for guests to get to and from your function.
