Now in its 19th year, Australia's biggest Latin American music and dance festival will leave you spoilt for choice with a huge line-up of bold and sexy international and Australian performers on three outdoor stages complete with open-air dance floors.

Don't miss the gorgeous and flamboyant 'Latin Tina Turner' - Cecilia Noel - or Spain's brilliant Diego Guerro Quintet. And from Australia, the Afro-Latin groove of Son Veneno and the Mucho Mumbo Latin Big Band.

Fiesta features high-energy bands, salsa and tango experts, sexy Brazilian carnivale girls, flamenco dancers, capoeira masters, DJs, giant puppet parades and much more.

At Fiesta there's no need to just be a spectator with free salsa and zumba dance classes, open-air dance floors and the unique flavours of Latin American food.

Fiesta reaches sizzling heights on Sunday night when fireworks light up the sky to a live performance by Mi Tierra.
