- The event must take place at a venue or location within Darling Harbour
- Event details are to be submitted by the event organiser, venue manager or authorised agent
- Images should be provided at high resolution, maximum file size is 4MB
- Event submissions may be used for in-precinct signage and other Darling Harbour promotions
- Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority reserves the right to edit or decline event submissions
- Event submission does not guarantee display on the website
