Harbourside now offers a Harbourside Fresh food precint for locals, a new and expanded food court and a function centre which can cater for 1200 cocktail style, overlooking Darling Harbour. There is now an entertainment level which will have a 20 lane Kingpin Bowling Centre, M9 Laser Wars and Australia's first Boeing 737-800 flight simulator, Flight Experience.
All Harbourside speciality stores are open from 10am to 9pm daily with selected cafes opening earlier for breakfast and cafes, bars and restaurants open later at night.

Fine dining, quick snacks, light lunches and take-aways are available from Eat Street, Promenade Eatery and the Harbourside Fresh food precinct.

There is a monorail station at the north entrance, a taxi rank at the front door, light rail, a marine for private boats and ferry services in addition to the extensive car park facilities under the Novotel adjacent to the Centre.
