Hunter Valley Uncorked Pyrmont will be hosted by the Hunter Valley Wine Industry on Sunday 18 April 2010 at Pyrmont Bay Park.
As a Club Darling Harbour member we're offering you the chance to win one of five prize packages for the event. Each prize package includes:
- Two souvenir tasting glasses
- Vouchers to the value of $100 that can be redeemed for your choice of food or wine at Hunter Valley Uncorked Pyrmont.
To enter, simply complete the details below and tell us in 25 words or less what your favourite wine and food combination is. Is your ultimate indulgence a crisp Sauvignon Blanc with a plate of fresh prawns? Or perhaps Shiraz with bbq ribs is more your style.

There'll be BBQ delights matched with fine Hunter Valley Wines from over 20 winemaking families from the region, gourmet restaurants, live DJ's, and interactive games with Hunter Valley winemakers and chefs.
Relax and soak in the music and atmosphere, try new and museum release Hunter Valley wines and rub shoulders with the winemakers and chefs.
Iconic Hunter Valley wineries such as Tyrrell's Wines, McWilliams Mt Pleasant, Scarborough Wine Co and Tullochs along with boutique brands such as Meerea Park, Audrey Wilkinson Vineyard, Pepper Tree Wines, Allandale Wines, and Saddlers Creek will all be offering their very best both for taste and for sale on the day.
Award winning Hunter Valley restaurants such as The Verandah Restaurant as well as BBQ themed Ribs & Rumps will be creating culinary magic, and local olives and cheeses will also be available to taste and purchase.
The event is free to enter and will take place between 11am and 5pm.
